Highly recommend Ed and his team. They have done a fantastic job transforming our garden. We absolutely love it.
I would highly recommend Ed and the team, the work on our garden was outstanding. Excellent communication and excellent quality. Some before and after photos.
Ed Builders came highly recommended through Colin Dodds of CP Architectural Ltd and we were not disappointed. We found Ed Builders to be professional, efficient and very tidy! Ed said he would start work on the 15th July and would stay working on our project until the end, and true to his word he turned up on the 15th and 9 Weeks later our extension & new kitchen was completed. We found Ed & his team a hard working bunch. Always polite and friendly. Nothing was to much trouble and they always cleaned up at the end of each day. Ed worked closely with the Architect and building regulations to make sure the project stayed on point. Ed’s workmanship & finishing is of a high standard. Our home now looks like a completely new house. 😃👍
We can’t recommend Ed and his team more highly.
They completed a single storey kitchen/diner extension for us and became part of the family for 6 months!
Living on site throughout could have been stressful for us, but from the start they set out a schedule of what work would be completed each week, so we were able to plan in advance.
They were mindful of the impact of their work on family life, and went out of their way to ensure minimal disruption.
The work was first class, the whole team were hard working and polite, and they always cleaned up after themselves before they left each evening. We’ve never seen such tidy builders!
Our extension is exactly what we wanted, a lot less stressful than we expected, and we would highly recommend Ed Builders to anyone.
Thank you Ed Builders for our amazing new patio. You have transformed our back garden and now we can really enjoy it. We will certainly use you again and have passed your details on to our friends!
Thank you Ed and team for our beautiful patio.
When we contacted Ed regarding our patio, we expected to wait weeks before he could start and we were desperate to have it done ASAP. Despite being really busy, understandably so, Ed fit us in around his other commitments and completed our patio in only a week! I can’t express how thrilled we are!
We would absolutely recommend Ed and we wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again. Friendly, professional and incredibly hard working!
Thank you so much Ed, we love our patio and can’t wait to use it 😊
Ed and his team have been working on our single storey kitchen/diner extension over the last few months having been recommended via our architect
Despite us still living ( and working) in the house with the work going on Ed and his team have been very sensitive to the challenges that has bought and gone out of their way to accommodate some of our requests ( cat flap built into a wall to name but one)
Ed is a perfectionist and attention to detail from him and team have been first rate
They also landscaped the rear of the property, which is on a slope, and again the quality of work with the patio and retaining wall is excellent
Very happy to recommend Ed Builders
Dave and Sarah Webb Ed Builders Ltd Review
We recently had Ed and his team complete a significant project at our home, which involved knocking through our kitchen and dining room and building a new extension to create a combined kitchen and dining space. From start to finish, the experience was excellent.
Timeliness and Communication:
The project was completed within the agreed-upon timeline, and Ed kept us informed every step of the way. His communication was exceptional; we always knew when specific works would be happening, which helped us plan around the construction as a family.
Work Quality and Attention to Detail:
Ed and his team delivered top-notch workmanship. The attention to detail was evident throughout the project, and the final result exceeded our expectations. Whether it was the finishing touches or handling unforeseen issues, Ed addressed everything with care and professionalism.
Problem-Solving and Flexibility:
During the project, there were a few inevitable challenges, but Ed approached each one with practical solutions and consulted with us before proceeding. He was also incredibly flexible and accommodating when we needed to make changes, which was invaluable given that we were living in the house during the renovation.
Team and Cleanliness:
The team Ed employed was fantastic. They were not only polite and professional but also great with our kids and dog, which made the whole experience far less stressful. Every day, they ensured the site was left clean and tidy, which we really appreciated.
Materials and Aftercare:
The materials used were exactly as specified in the quotation, and Ed ensured everything was delivered on time and to the agreed standards. Additionally, his aftercare service is outstanding—he’s made sure that any minor issues post-completion are dealt with promptly, ensuring we’re fully satisfied with the final result.
Building Regulations:
All the works were completed in line with building regulations and signed off without any issues, giving us peace of mind about the quality and safety of the work.
In summary, Ed and his team were a pleasure to work with, and we’re thrilled with the transformation of our home. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and detail-oriented builder.
